Design & Plan
Our design team turns your vision into precise blueprints and a transparent line-item budget. Materials, finishes, and costs are broken out clearly so you can see what you're paying for. Every decision is documented up front, so what gets built matches what you approved.
Permits
We manage the entire permit package — city, health, fire, and any other authority your project touches. Our team knows California building codes and Bay Area municipal quirks, so submissions land cleanly the first time. You focus on the project. We handle the paperwork.
Construction
