a) Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the site to work — e.g., remembering your cookie preferences, securing form submissions, and supporting page navigation. These cannot be disabled.
b) Analytics (consent required)
Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use:

Let us measure ad performance and (in some cases) show you relevant ads on other platforms. Currently includes:

3. Other technologies that load only when needed
These services don't run on every page; they're loaded only when you interact with a feature that requires them, and they may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
- Google Maps — map and Places autocomplete on the Locations and Contact pages.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — powers our AI chat assistant; we send your chat messages to Anthropic to generate replies. Privacy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy
- YouTube — only when you click through to a video on our YouTube channel from the testimonials section. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy
4. Your cookie choices
When you first visit the site, our cookie banner asks for consent before any analytics or marketing cookies are set. You can:
- Accept all — enables all categories.
- Reject all — blocks analytics and marketing; only strictly necessary cookies will be used.
- Customize — choose categories individually.
You can change your choice at any time using the link (also in the page footer). You can also clear cookies through your browser settings, or use your browser's "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — we treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing under California law.
5. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
OCD Plan & Build does not "sell" personal information for money. To the extent any analytics or advertising cookies constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, you can opt out by selecting "Reject all" in our cookie banner, by using the Cookie Preferences link, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. 6. EU / UK / EEA visitors (GDPR / UK GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal basis for setting non-essential cookies is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences link. Strictly necessary cookies are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site (Article 6(1)(f)).

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as we add new tools or services. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on first visit through the cookie banner.
